Congratulations to all the students that have been accepted into the Sports Development Programme for 2019. I can't wait to meet you all and get stuck into the first workshop on 14th May. The schedule will be posted here within the next week so keep an eye out!

Selwyn Strength have come on board this year to support our Sports Development students. They also believe in the importance of developing well rounded athletes. They will work with our Sports Development students on :
-teaching safe and efficient movement patterns -improving movement capacities: “balance, coordination, flexibility, agility, control, precision, strength, power -teach students the importance of mobility and stability (how that transfers into life and sport) -Importance of movement competency to increase performance and reduce injury You will need to check this page regular for session updates, homework and any changes to the programme.
