Selwyn Strength have come on board this year to support our Sports Development students. They also believe in the importance of developing well rounded athletes. They will work with our Sports Development students on :
-teaching safe and efficient movement patterns -improving movement capacities: “balance, coordination, flexibility, agility, control, precision, strength, power -teach students the importance of mobility and stability (how that transfers into life and sport) -Importance of movement competency to increase performance and reduce injury
